The San Ramon Valley Republican Women Federated recently met with their 16th District Assemblywoman, Catharine Baker, to celebrate having three of our members elected to local office.

Nevada County RWF: one of the many "Caring for America" projects of the Nevada County RWF is to  make patriotic corsages that are given to the residents of the Wolf Creek Care Facility. SACRAMENTO RWF luncheon speaker March 4th, 2015 is CRP Chair Jim Brulte.  The luncheon meeting will be at North Ridge County Club, 7600 Madison Avenue, Fair Oaks, California with the Meet and Greet starting at 11:30 am with lunch starting at noon.  Watch for the flyer to be uploaded soon.

NEVADA COUNTY REPUBLICAN WOMEN FEDERATED (NCRWF): Students from Ready Springs Elementary School in Penn Valley, CA hold up  books and dictionaries donated by Nevada County Republican Women Federated.  Their librarian selected 10 books from the Mamie Eisenhower Library Project book list.  She displayed and talked about each book and thanked NCRWF for the donation to their library.  The kids also gave out a big Thank You shout out.  NCRWF members in attendance were given the opportunity to talk about their club and the educational goals of NFRW.  Shown with the students in the picture is their principal.

Thursday, April 10, 2014, Tri-Valley Republican Women Federated presents “In The Shadow of the Facebook Effect, presented by Lori Drake, certified computer expert.  Lori will discuss the evolving partnership between Big Data and Big Government that raises questions about surveillance in the digital age via Google Facebook and other Internet giants.  She will discuss the contributions of Facebook and other Internet phenomena to the diminishing ability of our youth to verbally communicate and participate in our country’s civic, political, and economic institutions. Dinner will be held at Cattlemens Restaurant, 2882 Kitty Hawk Road, Livermore, CA, Thursday, April 10, 6:30 p.m.; $30/members, $34/guests.   • Circle Of Honor

    So many of our members became part of the Northern Division Circle of Honor!  Thank you to those that joined so we could offset the high expenses in maintaining a Northern Division.  The success of this program was due to Sandy Pope.  Thank you Sandy for all your hard work on this program!  It was truly a success!
